We are seeking an experienced and strategic Salesforce Solution Architect to join our growing consulting customer team. This role will be critical in designing and delivering complex, enterprise-level Salesforce solutions for our clients. As a Salesforce Solution Architect
, you will work with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into well-architected solutions, and guide the implementation team to deliver effective Salesforce-based systems. This role requires deep knowledge of Salesforce products, excellent client‑facing skills, and the ability to lead cross‑functional teams.

• Technical Leadership and Advocacy:
  Serve as the technical advocate for Salesforce solutions, ensuring architectural integrity, feasibility, and alignment with business and customer goals. Responsible for solution architecture blueprints, high‑level architecture designs, and integration architecture into the technical landscape and technology stack.
• Effective Communication and Influence:
  Exhibit exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts clearly and compellingly. Inspire and influence stakeholders at all levels through well‑structured arguments and trade‑offs supported by evidence, evaluations, and research.
• Practice growth:
  Support go to market and pre‑sales activities by crafting compelling proposals and solution designs tailored to client needs. Lead the design and delivery of targeted Proof of Concepts, Salesforce Demos to showcase the value of Salesforce.

• Multi‑cloud Architecture:
  Define and implement Salesforce architecture strategies, incorporating multi‑cloud solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) leveraging latest platform capabilities.
• Quality Assurance:
  Provide technical guidance on best practices, security, and governance of Salesforce implementations.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration and Integration:
  Work collaboratively with empowered, cross‑functional teams. Integrate diverse perspectives to make well‑informed decisions that balance feasibility, viability, usability, and value. Foster a collaborative environment that enhances team synergy and innovation.
• Data architecture:
  Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems through robust data modelling, data mapping and integration strategies.
