ATS Client is seeking a hands-on Network Engineer to join a busy NOC in Midrand. In this role you will monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve real-time connectivity issues while collaborating with Tier 4 engineers to keep customers connected across enterprise networks.
You will work on 24/7 shifts, 4 days on / 2 off, on-site, with exposure to ISP and enterprise environments, using PRTG and standard ticketing systems to maintain network reliability.
