To provide on-site first-line IT support to end users by assisting with service desk queries, device deployment, Microsoft 365 support, IT asset management, basic IT security, and network and infrastructure support.
Responsibilities- Provide first-line technical support to end users via the IT Service Desk and on-site.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT peripherals.
- Assist with user account administration, including Active Directory and Microsoft Entra management.
- IT Diploma, Degree or relevant IT certification.
- Strong passion for IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity.
