HANA Developer to be part of a dynamic team navigating a significant S4

HANA migration, utilizing cutting-edge data and analytics capabilities to drive operational excellence.

• Extract data from SAP S4
  
  HANA ERP into BW4
  
  HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud
• Design, develop, and maintain BW4
  
  HANA data models, including DSOs, Info Providers, and Info Cubes
• Create and optimise ETL processes from SAP S4
  
  HANA ERP
• Monitor daily data loads to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Troubleshoot data load and processing issues
• Build and manage Process Chains and oversee data load issues
• Reconcile BW4
  
  HANA data with source systems to ensure consistency
• Analyse business requirements and translate into technical solutions
• Contribute to innovation initiatives involving AI, Machine Learning, and RPA within logistics
• Lead and mentor team members, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
• Work with IT teams and external service providers for system integration and operations
• Implement data protection measures for sensitive information
• Support SAP GRC and SAP Basis teams to ensure compliance, security, and system performance
• Apply SAP Notes to address system bugs and maintain SAP alignment
• Resolve ITSM tickets proactively, tracking progress and escalating where needed

• Minimum of 5 years' hands-on SAP BW/4
  
  HANA development experience
• Strong experience with SAP S4
  
  HANA as a source system
• Experience integrating BW/4
  
  HANA solutions across cloud and on-premise platforms
• Proficiency in SAP, Analytics, ETL, SAP ABAP, SQL, and Data management
• Knowledge of System Integration Testing (SIT)

• Experience with AI, Machine Learning, and RPA initiatives in logistics
• Cross-functional collaboration skills
