IT Services Manager

Join a fast-paced FMCG business where technology enables operational excellence across manufacturing, distribution, and business operations.

We are seeking an experienced IT Services Manager to lead the delivery of secure, reliable, and cost-effective IT services across infrastructure, networks, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, vendor management, and service operations. Reporting to the Group IT Executive, you will drive service excellence, technology modernisation, business continuity, and continuous improvement while ensuring technology services align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead IT infrastructure, cloud, network, and end-user technology services.
Ensure high availability, performance, security, and resilience of IT environments.
Manage technology vendors, service providers, contracts, and SLAs.
Drive cybersecurity, risk management, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives.
Lead change management, operational governance, and continuous service improvement.
Manage IT operational and capital budgets, technology roadmaps, and lifecycle planning.
Develop and lead high-performing IT teams focused on service excellence.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
ITIL Foundation certification.
8-10 years' experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure, Service Delivery, or Technology Services.
Minimum 5 years' leadership experience.
Proven experience managing enterprise infrastructure, cloud services, networks, cybersecurity, vendors, contracts, and budgets.
Experience with in manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, or distribution environments will be advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications:

Postgraduate qualification.
ITIL 4, Cloud, Cyber Security, TOGAF, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or related certifications.
