• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or relevant teams, providing detailed incident reports.
• Implement network configuration changes and upgrades according to established procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, procedures, and incident logs.

• Proven experience in a NOC or network support role within the telecommunications industry.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching).
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., Solar Winds, PRTG, Nagios).
• Experience with troubleshooting network connectivity and performance issues.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA or Network+ are advantageous.
