• Assist senior analysts in collecting, cleaning, and preparing large datasets for analysis.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Develop and implement data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings effectively.
• Support the creation of reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical solutions.
• Participate in data modeling and statistical analysis under guidance.
• Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of data quality standards.

• A recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Honours degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data manipulation tools and languages such as SQL and Python or R is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a Midrand, Gauteng based office environment.
