We are seeking an experienced SAP Success Factors Onboarding 2.0 Consultant to join our Reinvention Services team. In this role, you will serve as a Functional Subject Matter Expert for SAP Success Factors Onboarding 2.0 (ONB 2.0), applying deep module knowledge to design, configure, and deliver onboarding solutions that create exceptional new hire experiences while meeting real operational and compliance needs.

You will collaborate and manage team performance effectively, take responsibility for decisions within your immediate team and across multiple teams, and contribute meaningfully to key project decisions. Functional SME Leadership

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for SAP Success Factors Onboarding 2.0, ensuring functional correctness and alignment with real-world onboarding business processes and expected system behaviour.
• Apply deep knowledge of onboarding process flows — including pre‑day‑one activities, compliance task management, new hire portals, cross‑boarding, and offboarding — to validate requirements and workflows with stakeholders.
• Take responsibility for team decisions within the onboarding workstream, providing solutions to problems for both the immediate team and across multiple delivery teams.
• Contribute to key project decisions by bringing a well‑informed functional perspective and a strong understanding of SAP Success Factors platform capabilities.
• Drive the adoption of delivery best practices, quality standards, and project methodologies across all engagements.

Functional Specification & Solution Design

• Develop and refine detailed functional specifications that align onboarding business objectives with SAP Success Factors ONB 2.0 system capabilities.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear, structured configuration designs covering panels, process variants, roles, tasks, email notifications, and document management.
• Analyse process improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements to optimise onboarding system performance, compliance adherence, and new hire user experience.
• Support proof of concept development and conceptual design activities to validate proposed onboarding approaches with stakeholders.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project methodologies, configuration standards, and quality benchmarks across the onboarding practice.
