We are seeking an experienced SAP Success Factors Onboarding 2.0 Consultant to join our Reinvention Services team. In this role, you will serve as a Functional Subject Matter Expert for SAP Success Factors Onboarding 2.0 (ONB 2.0), applying deep module knowledge to design, configure, and deliver onboarding solutions that create exceptional new hire experiences while meeting real operational and compliance needs.

You will collaborate and manage team performance effectively, take responsibility for decisions within your immediate team and across multiple teams, and contribute meaningfully to key project decisions. This is an excellent opportunity for a Success Factors Onboarding specialist who is passionate about employee experience technology and committed to functional excellence in delivery.

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for SAP Success Factors Onboarding 2.0, ensuring functional correctness and alignment with real-world onboarding business processes and expected system behaviour.
• Apply deep knowledge of onboarding process flows — including pre-day-one activities, compliance task management, new hire portals, cross-boarding, and offboarding — to validate requirements and workflows with stakeholders.
• Take responsibility for team decisions within the onboarding workstream, providing solutions to problems for both the immediate team and across multiple delivery teams.
• Contribute to key project decisions by bringing a well-informed functional perspective and a strong understanding of SAP Success Factors platform capabilities.
