• Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights into user behaviors and needs.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and user flows.
• Design intuitive and visually stunning user interfaces across various digital platforms, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to define and implement innovative design solutions.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing results, and performance data.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Stay abreast of the latest UX/UI trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve design strategies.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful digital product designs.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator), InVision, or similar.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies, usability heuristics, and interaction design principles.
• Experience conducting various forms of user research and usability testing.
• Excellent visual design skills with a strong sense of typography, color, and layout.
• Ability to effectively communicate design ideas and rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
