Logistics & Intermodal Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and develop logistics and intermodal operating models.
• Analyse operational requirements for ports, inland terminals and rail logistics.
• Develop logistics service and operating concepts.
• Assess warehousing and terminal requirements.
• Evaluate intermodal transfer processes and operational efficiencies.
• Analyse logistics flows and identify opportunities for improved service delivery.
• Provide operational input into infrastructure planning and feasibility studies.
• Engage with logistics operators, infrastructure providers and other industry stakeholders.

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience.
• Strong experience in ports, inland terminals or rail logistics.
• Experience with warehousing and intermodal operations.
• Experience in logistics service design.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end logistics operations.
• Ability to translate operational requirements into infrastructure and service solutions.
