We are recruiting a Supply Chain Planner on behalf of a well-established client. You will be responsible for demand and replenishment planning, supplier purchase order management, planning master data maintenance, and supplier performance tracking. This is a hands‑on operational role suited to someone who is accurate, disciplined, and confident working within structured processes and ERP systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.
- APICS / ASCM certification is advantageous.
- 4–6 years in supply planning, replenishment, purchasing, or a similar operational planning role.
- Proven experience with purchase order placement, supplier follow-up, and order book management.
- Experience maintaining planning master data and ordering parameters in an ERP environment.
- Exposure to supplier OTIF reporting and exception management.
- Import, wholesale, or retail environment experience
Duties:
- Review and validate AI-generated demand and replenishment outputs against agreed business rules.
- Place and manage supplier purchase orders; maintain an accurate order book with full inbound visibility.
- Follow up on open orders, late confirmations, short shipments, and delivery date changes.
- Maintain planning master data including lead times, MOQs, order multiples, and supplier calendars.
- Track and report supplier OTIF performance; monitor and resolve supply exceptions.
- Prepare standard planning, purchase order, and exception reports for management.
- Coordinate order and milestone information with Commercial, Inventory, Logistics, Finance, and Imports teams.
- Escalate non-routine issues, supply risks, and material variances to the Supply Chain Manager.
