Pharma Inventory Graduate

Dis-Chem Pharmacies is offering a graduate opportunity for an individual passionate about supply chain and inventory management. The role is focused on assisting with inventory planning, vendor management, stock allocation, and supporting the Pharma Category team to ensure product availability and alignment with inventory targets.

• Assist in creating and renewing vendor agreements and ensuring compliance
• Help monitor vendor performance and manage contract documentation
• Support stock replenishment and allocation in Distribution Centres
• Monitor stock levels, process orders, and manage returns and back orders
• Assist in identifying and resolving dormant or expired stock issues
• Maintain accurate product and inventory records
• Liaise with vendors and internal departments on pricing, claims, and logistics
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to resolve stock shortfalls and ensure alignment

• Matric / Senior Certificate
• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Procurement
