Supply Chain Intern

The Intern will assist with various procurement-related tasks, including sourcing goods and services, maintaining vendor relationships, and conducting market research. Additional responsibilities include preparing purchase orders, analyzing procurement data, and supporting team meetings with ideas for process improvements. The intern will also assist with issuing coffee tags, stationery, and refreshments, as well as creating stock codes.

• Assist in sourcing and purchasing goods and services
• Maintain vendor relationships and communicate with suppliers
• Conduct market research to identify suppliers and cost-saving opportunities
• Prepare and process purchase orders
• Analyze procurement data and report on key metrics
• Participate in team meetings and contribute process improvement ideas
• Assist with issuing coffee tags, stationery, and refreshments
• Help create stock codes

• National Diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related qualification
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Eagerness to learn about procurement practices
