About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sanitation Team Leader to oversee daily cleaning operations in Midrand . This critical role involves managing a team of cleaning staff to ensure all areas meet stringent hygiene and safety standards. • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the sanitation team, assigning tasks and ensuring completion.
• Conduct regular inspections of all facilities to identify and address any sanitation or hygiene issues promptly.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain optimal hygiene levels.
• Train new team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and the use of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and reporting needs.
• Enforce company policies and safety regulations, ensuring a secure working environment for the team.

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning or sanitation industry.
