Sanitation Technician - Facilities Management

• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation duties in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, common areas, and production facilities.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and machinery, ensuring proper usage and safety protocols are followed.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and chemicals, reporting needs to the facilities manager for timely reordering.
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental regulations, including proper waste disposal and hazardous material handling procedures.
• Respond promptly to unscheduled cleaning needs and emergency situations, maintaining composure under pressure.

• Proven experience in a sanitation or janitorial role, preferably within a commercial or industrial setting.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, their safe usage, and appropriate application methods.
• Ability to operate and maintain various cleaning equipment, such as floor buffers and pressure washers.
• Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
• Strong understanding of health and safety standards relevant to cleaning services.
