The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of Syntech Distribution's warehousing, inventory, and outbound/inbound distribution activities. You will ensure stock is received, stored, picked and dispatched accurately and on time, and that fleet and courier operations run efficiently and cost-effectively.
You will lead the warehouse and logistics team, drive continuous improvement in operational processes, and collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Technical, Assemblies and Finance
