• Develop and implement comprehensive farm management plans, including crop rotation, irrigation, fertilization, and pest control strategies.
• Supervise and train farm personnel, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring a safe working environment.
• Manage the procurement of seeds, fertilizers, machinery, and other essential farming inputs, optimizing costs and quality.
• Oversee the harvesting, storage, and marketing of agricultural produce, ensuring compliance with market standards and regulations.
• Maintain detailed records of farm activities, including production yields, expenses, and labour, for analysis and reporting.
• Implement and enforce strict health and safety protocols across all farm operations.

• A degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a Farm Manager role, with a strong understanding of large‑scale crop production.
• Demonstrated experience in managing diverse teams and operational budgets.
• Proficiency in modern agricultural technologies and sustainable farming practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of local agricultural regulations and market trends in the Gauteng region.
