Duties & Responsibilities:
- Analyse packaging processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost
- Assist with developing and training of SOPs
- Monitor and report on packaging performance metrics
- Collaborate with production, quality, procurement, and logistics teams
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions
- Support trials, validations, and implementation of new packaging materials or designs
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management
- Optimize production processes within Packaging to drive efficiency and sustainable quality
- Assist Packaging department with accurate data capturing and effective use of Dashboards
- Support Packaging manager with TNA and Training process development, assessment & observations
- Standby for production over weekends when required
