Omni Channel Project Manager

Dis-Chem Pharmacies has an opportunity available for a Omni Channel Project Manager to join the Dis-Chem Media team in Midrand. The Omni Channel Project Manager plans and delivers Omni Channel campaigns for advertisers managed by designated sales teams and, where assigned, a portfolio of smaller Omni-only clients, converting sold briefs into executed, measured campaigns across digital, in-store digital and head office execution channels.

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Project Management or a related field OR 3-5 years of Campaign or Project Management experience in Media, Digital or Retail

Advantageous:

• Project Management certification and Retail Media experience
• Translate sold campaign briefs from designated sales teams and omni-only client portfolios into detailed campaign plans, timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate campaign execution across digital screens, web, app, CRM, social and content channels.
• Monitor campaigns in flight and optimise placements, creative and pacing to deliver against client objectives.

Leadership and collaboration:

• Integrate into the designated sales teams and support the omni-only sales function, working daily alongside Sales and In-Store Project Manager colleagues.
• Brief and manage the Head Office Marketing execution hub, Design Studio and Digital Content Project Manager.
• Provide clients and sales teams with clear status reporting and post-campaign reviews with the Data Analyst.

Governance and risk:

• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, to specification and within approved budget
• Ensure CRM and data-driven activity complies with POPIA and Dis-Chem data governance standards
• Maintain accurate campaign documentation and escalate delivery risks early.
• Strong Project Management capability across a high volume of concurrent campaigns
• Working knowledge of Digital Media, Campaign Operations and Creative Production processes.
• Excellent prioritisation, communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
