Community Outreach Coordinator

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local leaders, community groups, schools, and other non-profit organizations.
• Identify community needs and challenges, and collaborate with internal teams to develop responsive solutions and programs.
• Recruit, train, and manage volunteers to assist with outreach activities and events.
• Track and report on the progress and impact of outreach initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement.

• Proven experience in community development , social work, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a track record of successful event coordination.
• Familiarity with the social landscape and key stakeholders within the Midrand area.
