DHL Express ZA is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to embed quality standards into every customer interaction and drive continuous improvement. You will coach, analyze trends, and lead QA initiatives to achieve first-time resolution and high customer satisfaction.
The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Quality Management or related field, 3+ years in QA in a contact centre, and strong experience with DHL systems. Strong English communication and problem solving are essential.
