12-month QA Trainee opportunity in a manufacturing environment, providing practical experience in Quality Assurance and Food Safety.
Responsibilities- Conduct GMP
- Cleaning and labelling audits
- Monitor food safety controls
- Manage quality documents
- Report non-conformances
- Support corrective actions
- Training and employee inductions
- National Diploma/Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Quality Management or related field.
- Microsoft Office proficiency and strong attention to detail required.
