• Approach all customers, greet, smile and offer assistance
• Identify customer needs in order to provide optimal experience
• Takes responsibility for serving the customer and finding solutions to customers’ queries

• Meet customers needs and expectations by asking, listening to and advising customers as to options/services/products available
• Offers alternatives to the customer if merchandise is not available
• Achievement ofsales and unit targets
• Knows what newlines and promotions have come into the store
• Opening &closing procedures are followed
• To ensure all merchandising principles are in place at all times and thatevery item is ticketed
• Ensure accurate stock counts & checking of product expiry dates
• Cash handling
  -assist at point of sale and with cash ups

• Minimum 1 year Wellness Warehouse experience as a Sales Assistant
• Applicable Wellness Academy Foundation Training & Specialization Training
• Fully computer literate
• Perfect written and verbal communication skills
• Ability and willingness to work weekends and extended retail hours
• Competency Assessment Achieved
