Job Title: ISP Key Account Manager

Our client is a globally recognized provider of reliable networking, wireless, and smart home technology, trusted by millions of customers internationally. The company is rapidly expanding its presence in the ISP sector, and is seeking a skilled and strategic ISP Key Account Manager for their team in Midrand, to manage and grow relationships with leading Internet Service providers.
The ISP Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with ISP partners, ensuring alignment between the company’s offerings and the connectivity solutions offered by our ISP clients. You will play a key role in growing revenue, increasing brand presence, and ensuring product compatibility and service excellence across ISP channels.
Required qualification and working knowledge:
- Relevant professional certifications in sales, networking or ISP services are an added advantage.
- Established network or relationships within the ISP or telecommunications industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing new business opportunities and growing revenue
- Proven track record in ISP sales, telecommunications, or technology solutions sales.
- Experience in B2B and B2C sales environments.
- Strong understanding of network services, broadband solutions, or related technologies.
- Experience generating leads, closing deals, and managing key client relationships.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and sales forecasting.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Take ownership of lead generation, prospecting, and networking activities to expand the customer base.
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and prepare pricing quotes.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities.
- Organize and coordinate sales events, meetings, or other promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales, documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Provide product and sales updates to internal stakeholders and contribute to strategy discussions.
