Satisfaction Recruitment is searching for a true new-business hunter for a Software Account Director role based in Johannesburg - not a farmer, not an account manager.
This is for someone who:
- Has demonstrable net-new logo acquisition - you can point to the businesses you personally opened
- Owns the full sales cycle - prospecting through to close, no handoffs, no shared credit
- Sells software licences as the primary commercial product - this is a ~90/10 licence-to-services sales profile, not a services or managed-services play
- Has established executive-level relationships within relevant enterprise markets - you're already in the room, not trying to get a meeting
- Is based in Johannesburg
This is explicitly not a licence management, SAM, or support/renewals profile - regardless of what your current job title says.
We're looking for the hunter, not the farmer.
R1.3M – R1.5M basic + commission.
