Business Development Manager

The BDM will be expected to research target companies, identify decision-makers and conduct extensive cold calling weekly.

• Identify and engage with potential clients through direct marketing, cold calling, email outreach, and professional networking, with a focus on securing in-person meetings.
• Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals, prioritizing hand delivery of quotations where feasible to enhance client engagement.
• Maintain and manage a qualified pipeline of leads using Red Sky and Pipe Drive reporting tools, ensuring consistent tracking and follow-up.
• Consistently meet all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including weekly client meetings, monthly move volumes, contribution targets, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with internal departments, Sales, Operations, Finance, and International, to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of all issues.

• Own reliable vehicle and drivers license
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate on a high level
• 5-8 Years experience as a Business developer / external sales
• Degree or diploma in business / sales
