Introduction

R20 000 – R25000 Cost to Company (NOT NEG), R3 per km fuel reimbursement, commission

Our client is a national hearing healthcare group with practices across South Africa, focused on helping people hear better and live better. This role suits someone who is enthusiastic, outgoing, and goal-oriented
, with a real fire to meet and exceed targets. Full training on hearing solutions is provided — healthcare experience is not required.

The Role

Based at a community-facing practice, you’ll spend most of your time out in the territory:

• Visiting retirement villages, care homes, and local community facilities
• Meeting clients, performing quick hearing screenings, and encouraging follow-up appointments
• Helping existing clients explore upgrades and new solutions
• Working closely with the practice team to achieve and surpass monthly sales targets
• Being part of a growing, innovative environment with opportunities to increase earnings by managing your own sales pipeline

This is a relationship-led sales role with real targets — friendly, approachable interactions are key, but you must also have ambition and drive to succeed

What We’re Looking For

• Sales experience in any industry (healthcare experience not required)
• Warm, approachable, and easy to talk to
• Confident engaging with an older client base
• Clear communication in English and Afrikaans (fluent, non-negotiable)
• Positive, energetic, and motivated to hit and exceed targets
• Own car and valid driver’s licence

Please take note that this is a full time (8am – 5pm plus lunch hour, Monday to Friday). If you are not out seeing potential customers, you will be working from the practice premises. There is no work from home or hybrid option.
