• Capturing of Sales orders and Purchase orders into SPIRIDON within 24hrs and send order confirmations of these orders to the relevant customers
• Managing of ex stock and direct deliveries according to the respective customer and BU's requirements (Y0M1 &Y0M3)
  Manage workflow messages daily, expedite POs on OMSExpedite Customer orders weekly and update Spiridon accordingly
• Release customer backlog at least 2x per week and manage open sales orders weekly
• Creation of adhoc quotations within 24 hours
• Timeous follow-up on created quotations with customer
• Increase Industry Mall awareness and promote automated orders

• Com Degree in Accounting
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication is crucial
• Understanding and sharing the feelings of customers to provide better service
• Understanding the products or services offered to assist customers accurately
