This senior technical leadership role involves designing and building modern transactional websites, mobile applications, and line‑of‑business systems used  successful candidate will shape system architecture and technical strategy while remaining hands‑on across mobile and web platforms, digitising client journeys and delivering high‑quality, secure and scalable solutions.

• Lead architecture and technical design decisions across mobile and web platforms
• Set and enforce coding standards and best practices
• Mentor and support a team of engineers
• Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
• Lead the development of Flutter mobile applications (iOS & Android) including offline‑first capabilities
• Oversee app publishing and maintenance on the App Store and Google Play
• Design and develop Angular and SQL Server solutions
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement

• 10+ years of software development experience
• 3+ years hands‑on Flutter mobile development experience
• Previous experience in a Tech Lead or senior leadership role
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET, Angular and SQL Server
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, mobile testing frameworks
• Exposure to Docker/Kubernetes
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Dev Ops, APIs)
• Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate with stakeholders
