Senior Full Stack Developer

Hire Resolve's client is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join their team in Midrand, Gauteng. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining innovative software solutions that support the company’s operational goals. Working closely with the operations and development teams, you will serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that client requirements are understood and effectively translated into functional software systems.

This role requires not only technical excellence but also strong communication skills and a customer‑centric approach to solution development.

• Lead the development and deployment of full-stack web applications that meet the company’s operational and client needs.
• Work closely with operations managers and business stakeholders to gather, understand, and translate operational needs into software solutions.
• Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure backend services and APIs.
• Build intuitive, user-friendly frontend interfaces that streamline complex processes for end users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and optimize workflows between the software development team and other departments.
• Provide technical expertise in the architecture, design, and development of systems, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, demonstrating an ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure high availability and reliability of solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in software development, bringing innovative ideas to improve and expand the company’s tech stack.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to the growth and development of the engineering team.

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in both frontend and backend development.
• Proficiency in key programming languages and frameworks (e.g. JavaScript, Python, Node.js, React, Angular, etc.).
• Strong experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g. MySQL, Postgre
  
  SQL, Mongo
  
  DB).
• Experience working with APIs, cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.), and Dev Ops practices.
• Client-facing experience with a proven ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a passion for delivering creative and efficient software solutions.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience in Agile or similar project management methodologies.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying up to date with evolving technologies.
• Experience in the legal or medical fields is a plus but not required.
