Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full stack Developer to join their team on a contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-impact projects within the telecommunications sector, contributing to the development and deployment of scalable, cloud-native solutions
You'll be part of a collaborative team working in a hybrid model, with a strong focus on backend and cloud infrastructure, while also contributing to frontend development where needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using modern frameworks and cloud technologies.
- Build and deploy scalable services using Node.js
, Spring Boot
, and Azure Functions
. - Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform on Azure
. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Dev Ops, QA, and Product Owners.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile ceremonies.
- Ensure high performance, security, and scalability of applications.
- Infrastructure as Code: Terraform
- Frontend: (Not specified, but fullstack experience is expected)
- 5+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and Spring Boot
. - Hands-on experience with Azure Functions and Terraform
. - Solid understanding of cloud-native application development and deployment.
- Experience working in agile environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience in the Telco industry
. - Familiarity with MTN systems or similar enterprise environments.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.
- Hybrid: 3 days onsite (Roodepoort or Midrand), 2 days remote.
