We are looking for a Senior Java Developer who will be responsible for the design, development, enhancement, support, and maintenance of enterprise software solutions. The role provides technical leadership, ensures adherence to engineering standards, and collaborates with business and technology stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Determine operational feasibility by evaluating business requirements, technical analysis, solution design and implementation approaches.
• Ensure technical decisions comply with industry best practices and internal standards.
• Conduct systems analysis and recommend process and policy improvements.
• Report on technical status, risks and operational matters.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, scrum masters, engineers, analysts and architects.
• Consult stakeholders regarding software maintenance and performance improvements.
• Continuously improve technical skills through training and research.
• Protect confidential information and organisational assets.
• Contribute to organisational and engineering objectives.
• Write technical specifications.
• Support, coach and mentor engineers.
• Gather and analyse user requirements.
• Develop high-quality, maintainable and performant code.

Experience &

Qualifications:
