Position Summary

Provide support to section by transporting mail and company goods over designated routes.

• Deliveries to customers
• Deliveries to customs
• Collection of payments
• Dispatch and collect mail from post office
• Deliver Claims
• Vehicle maintenance that does not require a technician
• Ad hoc duties on request

• Plan delivery route
• Delivery of daily approved and monthly statements
• Delivery of invoices

• Deliver and collect at acquittal document and manifests to statutory bodies as required for the client

• Collect all incoming mail items at Various Offices
• Sort and dispatch mail to all intended recipient in the office

Comply with any legal request as delegated by on-site Facilities Manager. This may include but will not be limited to

• Renew vehicle licenses for company owned vehicles
• Deliver and collect company owned vehicle for services
• Vehicle Inspections / Clean Vehicles
• Assist with maintenance in the office

It should be noted that, for operational reasons, it may be necessary to perform tasks other than those described herein from time to time.

Prescribed procedures may be amended by management as and when required.

• Grade 12
• Valid driver’s licence (Code 08)
