Are you ready to be a vital part of a dynamic automotive sector, helping a growing branch streamline its operations and improve service delivery? Our client, a prominent player in the automotive aftermarket, is seeking a dedicated Branch Admin / Driver Co-Ordinator to join their Gauteng team. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage daily logistics, financial reconciliations, and customer service, all within a thriving environment focused on excellence.

What

You'll Do:
  • Process sales orders, tax invoices, credit notes, and purchase orders
  • Reconcile daily branch cash drawers, card transactions, and cash drops
  • Manage petty cash disbursements, reconciliations, and receipts
  • Resolve customer billing inquiries and account queries
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems for audit compliance
  • Order and manage branch office supplies and consumables
  • Assist with stock takes and cycle counts
  • Schedule daily delivery routes and multi-drop schedules
  • Assign deliveries and parts collections to drivers
  • Monitor transit times, vehicle tracking, and delivery progress
  • Check signed delivery notes upon return
  • Ensure accurate parcel dispatch and staging
  • Handle delivery exceptions, return pickups, and failed delivery follow-ups
  • Record vehicle pre-trip inspections and schedule routine vehicle maintenance
  • Monitor fleet fuel consumption, transactions, and logbooks
  • Track driver licenses, PrDPs, and traffic fines
  • Enforce road safety policies and operational standards
Requirements:
  • Grade 12 / Matric qualification
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in branch administration or logistics coordination
  • Working experience in the automotive aftermarket, dealership, or spare parts sector
  • Proficiency in ERP/DMS platforms (e.g., Kerridge/Autoline, Syspro, SAP, Sage)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong route planning, accuracy, and reconciliation skills
  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities
Familiarity with the following:
  • Automotive industry operations
  • Fleet management systems
