What's on Offer?Salary: R8,920.00 Gross PM
Status: Permanent following a successful 3-month probation period
Benefits (Post-Probation): Provident Fund contributions (7.5% employee / 8% employer) + Prorated December Annual Bonus
Leave: 18 days paid annual leave
Hours: Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00 | Sat 08:00–13:00 (Overtime paid per MIBCO regulations)
Order Dispatch & Delivery: Safely transport and deliver automotive parts and components to workshops and clients within designated areas using a company vehicle.
Route Planning & Efficiency: Plan delivery routes effectively to ensure timely distribution while maintaining fuel efficiency and strict adherence to traffic regulations.
Verification & Documentation: Double-check and verify delivery items against invoices and delivery notes before departure and obtain proper customer signoffs upon arrival.
Vehicle Maintenance & Care: Conduct daily pre-trip inspections of the company vehicle (oil, tyres, fluids) and keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained.
Logistics Support: Assist the warehouse team with loading, securing cargo, and sorting delivery batches when not out on deliveries.
Minimum Requirements & Legal
Qualifications:
Licencing: Valid South African Driver’s License (Code B / EB or higher) is strictly required.
Essential
Experience:
Minimum of 2+ years of professional vehicle delivery driving experience.Education &
Skills:
Matric (Grade 12) Certificate, basic computer literacy, and the ability to navigate routes efficiently using maps or GPS.Logistics Familiarity: Familiarity with deliveries, logistics, transportation, and route planning.
Track Record: High reliability, punctuality, strong road safety awareness, and the ability to provide at least 2 professional references from previous supervisors.
Background screening will be conducted. Candidates must have:
South African-born Citizenship (with valid SA ).
Completely clean criminal background and driving record (under no circumstances will candidates with a record be considered).
Ability to undergo a psychometric/personality assessment during the interview stage.
