- Receiving & Put-away: Responsible for receiving and inspecting imported finished goods, verifying shipping documents, material specifications, and quantities. Ensure compliant put-away and update inventory records in a timely manner.
- Daily Stock Count: Perform daily inventory counts, reconcile physical stock with system records, investigate and report any discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to maintain accurate inventory data.
- Picking & Shipping: Pick, double-check, and prepare orders for shipment based on picking documents. Ensure proper material protection, complete handover procedures for dispatched goods, and update system data accordingly.
- Warehouse Management: Oversee the classified storage, labeling, and regular inspection of finished goods. Implement and maintain 5S standards and South African warehouse safety regulations, keeping the storage area clean, organized, and secure.
- Additional Duties: Organize and archive warehouse-related documents, and perform other warehousing tasks assigned by supervisors.
