We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Lube Technician / Upfitter to join our team. In this role, you will perform essential maintenance, upfitting, and inspection tasks on our fleet vehicles, working closely with the service team to ensure each vehicle meets company and customer quality standards before delivery.

• Perform oil changes, tire services, and routine maintenance on light‑duty fleet vehicles
• Complete Pre‑Delivery Inspections (PDIs) to ensure all equipment meets quality standards
• Install and wire aftermarket and safety equipment, including backup alarms, light bars, buggy whips, running boards, box liners, and related accessories
• Perform basic electrical wiring and troubleshooting for upfitted components
• Identify, document, and photograph vehicle damage or defects accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Follow company processes and uphold quality and safety standards at all times

• 1–2 years of relevant automotive or mechanical experience, or currently enrolled in a related technical or automotive program
• Strong understanding of vehicle systems, electrical wiring, and accessory installations
• Proficient in the safe and effective use of hand and power tools
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable, team‑oriented, and eager to learn
