Are you passionate about helping others succeed through engaging learning experiences? Zions Bancorporation is seeking a Commercial Sales Performance Facilitator to join our Learning & Development team. This role is ideal for someone with strong facilitation skills and experience in training, coaching, or sales enablement. Experience in commercial or small business banking is preferred.

• Facilitate dynamic and effective sales training in both in-person and virtual classroom settings.
• Develop and deliver blended learning programs that drive adoption of proven sales methodologies.
• Coach and support sales managers and sales teams post-training to ensure sustained behavior change.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales leadership, product, marketing, and enablement to embed training into daily workflows.
• Monitor and report on training effectiveness and performance metrics to identify and overcome adoption barriers.
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design to create impactful learning experiences.
• Contribute subject matter expertise to projects that integrate sales training into operational processes.

• Requires a bachelor's in Finance, Business or a related field and 4+ years of commercial lending, credit, banking, sales training practices and procedures or other directly related experience.
  • A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.
• Experienced facilitator with strong communication and coaching skills.
• Background in training, learning & development, or sales enablement.
• Commercial and/or small business banking experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using data to inform decisions.
• Someone who values integrity, sound judgment, and professional ethics.
