GoEngineer isseeking a motivated candidate that will provide operational support to our Subscription Renewal Team. Duties will include auditing renewal quotes, making phone calls to customers, and processing payments. This position requires an ability to manage a high volume of quote creation requests with exceptional attention to details. The individual will play an essential role in assisting the department with achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual renewal goals.
Yourkey contributions in this role will be:
- Partner closely with the Subscription Renewals Team to support customer inquiries and renewal-related needs
- Prepare, review, and update renewal letters, quotes, and notifications with accuracy and attention to detail
- Proactively contact customers to confirm receipt of renewal notices and ensure clear, timely communication
- Audit renewal quotes to ensure pricing, terms, and details are correct prior to processing
- Process customer payments and submit orders to Order Management efficiently and accurately
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer, product, and sales information within the CRM system
- Assist with tracking renewal activity and supporting the team in meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
- Exceptional team player who enjoys assisting where needed and finding ways to help.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to handle objections and facilitate escalations.
- Ability to be self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented, and adaptable.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ambition to look for opportunities to expand the scope of the role and take on new projects.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven customer service or support experience, preferably in a subscription service or similar industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Empathetic and patient, with a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software and support tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
