Customer Service Rep
ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Guest Services Representative to support the Salt Lake City property. You will welcome guests, answer phones, check guests in and out, and handle payments according to company guidelines.
You will also maintain daily front desk paperwork and ensure safety procedures are followed. Additionally, you will assist with reservations, promote ESA’s service culture, resolve guest issues through Make it Right, and keep the lobby and back-office areas organized.
