Roles And Responsibilities:

• Investigative Excellence:
  Conduct thorough site investigations to identify physical and environmental risks. Perform field studies, including airborne chemical monitoring, noise monitoring, and indoor air quality assessments.
• Strategic Development:
  Develop comprehensive sampling strategies and outline required analyses. Research regulatory standards and hazard data to ensure compliance and safety.
• Impactful Reporting:
  Evaluate sampling results, prepare detailed risk assessment reports, and develop actionable recommendations to improve environmental conditions.
• Leadership and Safety:
  Lead safety efforts for the team, ensuring adherence to safety rules and guidelines. Create and model a safe work environment, promoting pre-task planning for all projects.
• Quality Assurance:
  Drive continuous quality monitoring and improvement on projects. Uphold and promote high-quality standards and practices in all project and proposal deliveries.
• Mentorship and Training:
  Provide technical direction and training to less experienced professional staff, fostering their growth and development.
• Client Engagement:
  Participate in the development of marketing strategies and present qualifications to clients, enhancing our company's reputation and client relationships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science or related science field
• Minimum 8-11 years’ experience
• Master’s degree or PhD preferred
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history

Required Certification:

• Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH)
• Terracon Authorized Project Reviewer status required (within a reasonable time-frame).

Preferred Certification:

• Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
