This is an on-site, full-time role for an Adventure Specialist located in Midvale, UT. The Adventure Specialist will be responsible for assisting in travel planning, managing travel arrangements, providing exceptional customer service to clients, and maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the planning and execution of trips. The role involves coordinating logistics, ensuring smooth travel experiences, and creating custom itineraries tailored to client preferences.

• Proficiency in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management to effectively coordinate detailed itineraries and logistical plans
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to provide a high level of support and satisfaction to clients
• Experience in Business Travel planning and organization is highly desirable
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with international travel procedures, including visas and permits, is beneficial
• Passion for travel and adventure is a significant plus
