Job Overview

Join Utah First Credit Union at our Cottonwood Heights, Utah branch as a full‑time, 40‑hour a‑week Universal Banker in a vibrant team. Branch hours are 8:00 AM–7:00 PM Mon‑Fri and 9:00 AM–3:00 PM rotating Saturdays. Base pay range: $20.00–$22.00 per hour.

• Process transactions
• Assist with loan applications
• Promote credit union products and exceed monthly loan production targets
• Interact with customers in‑person and over the phone to deliver exceptional experiences

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum age 18
• Previous experience in customer service and financial services
• Knowledge of consumer lending practices
• Strong proficiency in cash handling
• Detail‑oriented, customer‑centric, and thrives in a collaborative environment
