The Talent Acquisition Specialist will recruit top talent across Canada and the United States, managing full‑cycle recruiting for all open roles  role serves as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers and Senior Leadership.

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Create and post job descriptions and advertisements.
• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
• Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate, timely updates.
• Screen and interview candidates, assessing qualifications and alignment with job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
• Provide guidance to managers on recruitment best practices.
• Monitor and recommend improvements to recruiting policies, offers, and candidate experience.
• Support pre‑screening and background check processes.
• Stay current on industry trends and maintain professional networks.
• Participate in special projects and additional HR activities as needed to support the team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition capacity.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms.
• Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Competitive pay: $65,000–$75,000 (based on experience).
