L2 MAC Support Technician

TEKsystems is seeking a Tier 2 Deskside Support professional with expertise in Apple products (macOS/iOS) and experience managing these in an enterprise environment using Microsoft technologies such as Intune and O365 for a 6‑month contract position. The role involves advanced troubleshooting, project ownership, and strong customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide advanced on‑site Tier 2 support and act as an escalation point for hardware (Mac laptops/peripherals), software (macOS, O365, etc.), network, and peripheral issues.
- Apple & Microsoft Endpoint Management:
- Manage laptop imaging, deployment, and configuration using Intune Autopilot.
- Configure and support mobile devices (iOS/iPadOS) via Intune MDM/MAM.
- Ensure seamless integration of Microsoft technologies (O365, Teams, Azure AD) within a predominantly Mac environment.
- Diagnose and resolve complex connectivity issues, including VPN, DNS, and general network problems, collaborating with network engineers when necessary.
- Create and maintain clear technical and user‑facing documentation in a knowledge base; take ownership of projects such as new technology rollouts or process improvements.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service, focusing on strong customer advocacy and adhering to SLA and KPI standards.
- Partner with internal IT teams, security administrators, and external vendors to streamline support efforts and drive continuous improvement.
Skills & Qualifications
- Extensive experience supporting, troubleshooting, and configuring macOS and iOS devices across various versions. Apple certifications (e.g., ACSP or ACMT) are a plus but not required.
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack on Mac, including Microsoft 365 administration, Intune (Endpoint Manager), and Azure AD/Entra .
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Must be proactive, data‑driven, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- 2–4 years of experience in a desktop or technical support role, providing advanced, hands‑on support in a corporate environment.
- Contract position based out of Cottonwood Heights, UT.
- Pay range: $28.00 – $31.00/hr.
