OverviewThis role delivers exceptional tier 2 deskside and remote support, ensuring seamless installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, networks and peripherals. Responsibilities include managing laptop imaging via Intune Autopilot, configuring mobile devices for Intune MDM/MAM, and resolving connectivity issues such as VPN access. The position requires collaboration with internal teams and external vendors, ownership of projects, and creation of clear technical and user‑facing documentation.
Success in this role demands strong customer advocacy, adherence to SLA/KPI standards, and a proactive, data‑driven approach to problem‑solving.
This role is fully onsite in the Salt Lake City area and applicants must have strong troubleshooting experience with MAC OS as this is the predominant environment.
Responsibilities- Deliver tier 2 deskside and remote support
- Manage laptop imaging via Intune Autopilot
- Configure mobile devices for Intune MDM/MAM
- Resolve connectivity issues such as VPN access
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
- Own projects and create clear technical and user‑facing documentation
- Adhere to SLA/KPI standards
- Maintain a proactive, data‑driven approach to problem‑solving
- Strong troubleshooting experience with MAC OS
- Experience with Jamf
- Desktop support experience
- Knowledge of macOS, Apple hardware, and software
- Experience in healthtech or fintech is a plus
- Intermediate level proficiency
Contract position based in Cottonwood Heights, UT.
