. This role focuses on integrating data from diverse source systems into our modern platforms—including the
Enterprise Data Warehouse, Data Lake, Data Mesh, and ODS
—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and usability.

You’llwork closely with business and technology teams to
gather requirements,profile source systems, anddesign data flows
that meet operational and strategic needs. From documenting metadata and transformation logic to creating test cases andvalidatingdata quality,you’llhelp deliver trusted data for the entire organization.

• Partner with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into data solutions.
• Profile source systems and understand data models to design efficient integrations.

• 2+years experienceor strong academic background with SQL and Python skills.
• 2+ years in data analysis, integration, or related areas.
• 2+ years with leadership in projects or mentoring others.
• Bachelor’s degree in data, analytics, business, or related field.
• A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.

• Advanced
  SQLfordata profiling, transformation, and testing/validation.
• Python for automation and process improvements
  .
• Exposure to modern data stack tools such as dbt,Databricks, andGCP
  .
• Familiarity with AI concepts
  and prompt engineering is a plus.
• Business Skills Strong ability to gather requirements, communicate with stakeholders, and document processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
