Summary

The Select Account Manager provides ongoing support and service to commercial property and casualty clients within the Business Group in conjunction with Select Client Managers. The role is primarily internally focused with some client contact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide quality service through completion of account‑related tasks.
  • Assist service team in processing questions related to policy and endorsement processing.
  • Prepare and send client information such as auto , certificates of insurance, binders, etc.
  • Review invoices in the agency management system and send to clients.
  • Audit and confirm policies are accurate and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Enter required information into agency management systems.
  • Maintain current account and policy data in agency management systems.
  • Conduct research within file documentation.
  • Thoroughly document tasks and relevant interactions in our agency management system.
  • Inform client service team of developments or roadblocks in completion of duties.
  • Communicate effectively with Select Client Managers and ASRs, providing timely and complete information.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
  • Act as a backup to team personnel as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of information.
  • Achieve desired levels of data completeness and process integrity by consistently meeting activity timelines, quality metrics, and goals.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year experience in a client‑service role with an agency setting or formal education within the insurance, employee benefits, or financial services industry (preferred).
  • Property and Casualty license.
  • Excellent computer and office machine skills, specifically with Microsoft Office products.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or some college.
  • Prior client‑service experience within a property and casualty insurance environment.
