The Senior Manager of Sales is a key leadership role responsible for driving and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets and business goals. • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals.

• Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities for growth.
• Set sales goals, quotas, and targets for the sales team.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and provide insights for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product/service alignment with guests needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in sales leadership and management roles.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data-driven insights for decision‑making.
• Strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in sales CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
